Please note that natural variations in flowers, arrangements, or minor substitutions do not constitute grounds for a refund. Any wilting or deterioration occurring more than 24 hours after delivery is not covered, as flowers are a perishable product and their care is the responsibility of the recipient after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Flower Delivery Amersham will not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential losses, including emotional distress, arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you in respect of any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your order, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of your order.
